Questions we get asked

It teaches people to remove the parts of their job nobody enjoys — reformatting, summarising, first drafts. Every cohort we run ends with participants listing tasks they want to hand over, not roles they want cut.

Not for the Executive or Manager tracks — if someone can use email and Excel they will keep up. The Analyst track assumes working knowledge of at least one of Excel, SPSS, R or Python.

Yes, anywhere in Zimbabwe as standard and regionally on request. We bring equipment; you provide the room and connectivity.

Training runs under NDA and we teach explicitly which categories of information must never leave your environment. Where policy requires it, we run exercises on internal tools only.

Open cohorts run monthly. In-house programmes typically start two weeks after scoping, since we build the material around your documents.
