Do you support organisations you did not set up?

Yes. We start with a site assessment documenting what exists, what is at risk and what needs attention first. You get that document whether or not you proceed with support.

Can you work alongside our internal IT person?

Often the best arrangement. We handle infrastructure, security and escalation while your internal person owns day-to-day user support. Roles are written into the agreement so nothing falls between us.

What does managed support cost?

Monthly, based on user count and site count, from around US$18 per user per month for standard cover. Assessment and remediation are quoted separately so you are not paying for our onboarding effort forever.

Do you supply hardware?

Yes, with a written specification and warranty terms. We will also tell you when the cheaper model is genuinely sufficient rather than always quoting the top of the range.

Is cybersecurity really our problem at this size?

Business email compromise does not check your headcount. The most common loss we see is an invoice paid to a hijacked email thread — preventable with controls that cost very little.
